Rhythm doesn't matter. For best results, you can connect fantasy. For example, trying to describe a semicircle, a certain geometric figure with one eye, or simply rolling the eyeball randomly to get a clear image.
"The Big Circle"
Such a gymnastics complex is simple. Its essence is the usual circular motion with the help of the eyes. But the head must remain still.
You need to imagine a big dial in front of you. Then slowly look around, first clockwise and then counterclockwise, noting each number. The drawn line must not be interrupted. You will need to increase the radius of this imaginary circle each time you exercise. At the end of the exercise, you need to blink.
"Eight"
The head must remain still. Only eye movements are allowed. At a glance is the number "eight" that describes the level. Patterns created in the air must be large. But the eye muscles should not be overly tense.
The action should be performed several times, alternating directions.

Then you should find an arbitrarily distant object that enters the area of the circle, and alternately look at the circle from that object, and then look back. Another option is to stare at a tree or pole out the window for ten seconds. Then you should look closely at the wrist or palm. So repeat 15 times.

When doing this exercise, you need to focus on your fingers 40-50 cm away from your face. Then alternately pull it closer and move it to the outstretched hand. Approximate values should be as close as possible. Repeat this complex ten times. Fingers can be moved left and right, or diagonally.
